This policy explains what personal information Batul Herbs collects when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Batul Herbs is a store in Souq Mubarakiya, Kuwait City.
1. Information we collect
• Account and order details: your name, email, mobile number and delivery address (or PACI number), and the orders you place. • Payment: online payments are made on the secure page of our payment provider, Tap. We never see or store your card details. • Usage data: which pages and products you view and what you add to your cart, collected with Google Analytics (website) and Firebase Analytics (app). This is not used to identify you personally. • Device data: in the app, a notification token so we can send you updates about your orders.
2. How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to send you order confirmations and status updates by email, SMS and app notification, to manage your account, to answer your questions, and to understand how our store is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the service providers who help us run the store: our hosting providers, Mailgun (emails), kwtSMS (text messages), Google Firebase and Google Analytics (app notifications and usage statistics), and Tap (online payments). Our delivery staff see the details needed to deliver your order. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and language, and measure visits with Google Analytics.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account exists. We keep order records for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, even after an account is deleted.
6. Your choices and rights
You can see and update your name, phone and addresses in My account. You can delete your account at any time from My account in the app or on the website; your sign-in, saved addresses and cart are removed. You can turn off app notifications in your phone's settings. To ask for a copy of your information or anything else about your privacy, contact us.
7. Security
Our website and app use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to our staff who need it.
8. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
